Application Guide
- Ensure thorough cleaning with high-pressure washing and complete drying.
- Check surface temperature – if it’s too hot to touch, it’s too hot to paint.
- Metal surfaces: Apply at 120m² per 20L pail, allowing 2 hours to dry before top coating and a minimum of 7 days to fully cure.

Step 1: Thorough high-pressure cleaning and surface preparation
Step 2: MetalLock Prime (allow proper dry time) onto the clean, rust-free metal surface.
Step 3: Two coats of your chosen Tileguard® or Everguard topcoat
Safety & Technical
Non-hazardous in dry film form and suitable for drinking water collection (disconnect downpipes for two good rainfalls before reconnecting). Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
