Tileguard® Maxi Prime is a breakthrough water-based acrylic copolymer primer incorporating nanotechnology. It is designed to deeply penetrate oxidised cement roof tile surfaces and bind any free powder before top coating.
Its exceptional adhesion makes it particularly effective as a key coat for most rust-free metal roof surfaces and low porosity cement tiles.
Application method: Airless spray recommended
Dry time: Allow 2 hours before next coat (24 hours for metal surfaces)
Coverage: 110-140 m² per 20L pail (varies by surface porosity)
Suitable surfaces: Cement roof tiles, metal roofing (rust-free)
Temperature range: Not recommended below 14°C or above 32°C

Step 1: Thorough high-pressure cleaning
Step 2: Maxi Prime (allow proper curing time)

Non-hazardous in dry film form and suitable for drinking water collection (disconnect downpipes for two good rainfalls before reconnecting). Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
