PRO TIP:

Apply a second coat perpendicular to the first when possible. To maximise dirt resistance, focus on complete coverage at edges, ridges and valleys.

  • Application method: Airless spray recommended
  • Coverage: Approximately 100 m² per 20L pail for cement tiles; 120 m² per 20L for metal surfaces
  • Dry time: Allow 2 hours between coats
  • Suitable surfaces: Most properly prepared/primed/sealed roofing surfaces
  • Temperature range: Not recommended below 14°C or above 32°C
  • Composition: Acrylic hybrid polymer
  • Clean up: Water
  • Container size: 20L pails
  1. Ensure the surface has been properly prepared, cleaned, and primed or sealed.
  2. Check surface temperature – if it’s too hot to touch, it’s too hot to paint.
  3. Cement tiles: Apply first coat at 100 m² per 20L pail, allow 2 hours drying.
  4. Metal surfaces: Apply first coat at 120 m² per 20L pail, allow 2 hours drying.
  5. Apply a second coat, ideally perpendicular to the first, for best coverage.

Step 2: Appropriate primer or sealer based on surface condition

Step 3: Two coats of Regent Ultra® for maximum dirt resistance and gloss

Non-hazardous in dry film form and suitable for drinking water collection (disconnect downpipes for two good rainfalls before reconnecting). Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
