Apply as a light, even coat to glazed surfaces. Allow a full 24-hour curing before top coating for maximum adhesion performance.

  • Description: Cream coloured, slightly viscous, free-flowing fluid
  • Application method: Airless spray recommended
  • Coverage: Approximately 120-140 m² per 20L pail
  • Dry time: Allow 24 hours before applying top coat
  • Binder type: Pure acrylic
  • Specific gravity: 1.2
  • Solids content: 44% ±1 w/w
  • VOC: 40 g/L
  • Solubility in water: Miscible
  • Suitable surfaces: Glazed terracotta tiles, metal and other non-porous substrates
  • Temperature range: Not recommended below 14°C or above 32°C
  • Container size: 20L pails
  1. Ensure the surface is free of dirt and dust particles through thorough cleaning.
  2. Make sure the cleaned surface is completely dry before application.
  3. Stir product before use to ensure uniform consistency.
  4. Check surface temperature – if it’s too hot to touch, it’s too hot to paint.
  5. Apply a light, even coat at approximately 120-140 m² per 20L pail.
  6. Allow 24 hours to dry before applying top coats.

Step 1: Thorough cleaning

Step 2: Terracotta Primer (allow full 24-hour cure)

Step 3: Two coats of Tileguard® or Regent Ultra®

Non-hazardous in dry film form and suitable for drinking water collection (disconnect downpipes for two good rainfalls before reconnecting). Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
